Clearfield County Courts

Welcome to the official webpage of the Forty-sixth Judicial District of Pennsylvania.  The jurisdiction of the Forty-sixth Judicial District comprises all of Clearfield County.  Its courts include the Court of Common Pleas (the trial court) and its four divisions (Criminal, Civil, Family, and Orphans), as well as four Magisterial District Courts located throughout the county.  The Court of Common Pleas has a compliment of two full-time judges, both a President Judge and a Judge, as well as one senior judge who presides at court events as assigned and directed by the President Judge.
