The mission of the Clearfield County Emergency Services is to plan for the prevention of, preparation for, response to, and recovery from any disaster situation. The primary objective of Clearfield County Emergency Service is to reduce the vulnerability of Clearfield County citizens and communities to damage to, or loss of life or property resulting from disasters by making maximum use of all available public and private resources.
