Clearfield County employs the sealed competitive bidding process.
Usually, these bids are for goods and services expected to cost $500 or more. Bid specifications are periodically issued, as directed by the Clearfield County Commissioners. *NOTE* Sealed bids may only be received by Clearfield County by
conventional mail or courier. State law does not permit sealed bids to be received in an electronic format, such as email. All bidders should carefully examine bid specifications to insure that all formalities are
followed. Failure to strictly follow these formalities will result in the disqualification of your bid. Clearfield County makes no warranties or representations that the electronically transmitted bid specifications
will be fully accessable at all times. INSTRUCTIONS1. Register to Bid

disqualify your bid. 4. Observe Time & Date Requirements It is important
that sealed bids arrive in a timely fashion. Any bids that arrive after the required time are rejected. 5.
